Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TKEES, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn footwear in its original TKEES dust bag and box, then attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
